Hi, my name is Denise Mitchell of Valeighunter Rhodesian Ridgebacks. I have owned, handled and trained Ridgebacks for around 30yrs. I have great appreciation and love for this beautiful breed and a very good understanding of their temperaments and how to shape rambunctious puppies into well-adjusted and loving adult dogs.

Ridgies have unique personalities – some talkers, some shy, some determined, some layback, some overly energetic, some overly lazy. Each and every one of my beautiful puppies is very special to me and it is important that they get the best possible home – one that matches their personality and their talents. Obviously you must be happy too and the best way for me to endeavour to meet both these goals is to match the owner and household with just the right pup so everyone is happy.
